Description

The house has two levels. Downstairs you can find the cozy living room as well as the open kitchen / dining room and a bathroom. Off the kitchen is a mud room with a separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large dining room table can fit up to eight people. On the other side of the house is the living room with entertainment system (TV, cable, apple TV, games etc.) two couches (three seats and two seats) and a desk. The downstairs bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet.

Upstairs you’ll find the second bathroom also equipped with a shower, sink and toilet as well as both bedrooms. One bedroom comes with a California King bed and the other one with a Queen and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. In addition to the beds, we also have a floor mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

Heavenly as well as the Casinos are about 15 convenient minutes drive away. Kirkwood is about 45 minutes away. To Sierra you can get in about 30 minutes. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars etc. are within a 5 minute drive.

To the actual Lake Tahoe you can also get within a few minutes and you’ll have access to all the amenities that it offers such as paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, water ski, swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the beach.
